I’ve been a fan of Courtney’s blog for almost 2 years now. I have linked to her post about the spider on her face before. It’s funny. Dr. Pepper squirting out the nose funny. But her most recent encounter with a spider just about had me falling out of my chair. And now Husband is looking at me like I’ve lost my mind.

Of course, it’s only funny because it’s her and not me. And I’d send the poor girl some bug spray, but clearly the arachnids are drawn to her. Far be it for me to stand in their way.

Get your mind out of the gutter! THOSE are NOT the THESE I was referring to!!!

Things are rocking and rolling, slicing and dicing, wheeling and dealing as far as the selling of the old house goes. But Kendal wants to keep it all on the down low, so I can’t talk about it. Instead, I give you these little gems that the kids and I frequently entertain ourselves with:

Home this weekend with the Coyote while Kendal and Jacob Jingleheimer are deer hunting. Yes, my sweet, doe eyed (no pun intended), 10 year-old is probably sitting in a tree stand with a rifle in hand as I type. *shudders* So, to keep that image out of my head, I present you with the following distractions:

• My new addiction (I’m even on the scoreboard!)
• All moms (and dad’s too) will appreciate this (Courtesy of Ty’s Dad)
• Chris was talking about this a few days ago. Like her, I only see the dancer spinning clockwise. Riley Coyote can see her spinning both ways. It pisses me off that I can’t see her spinning counter-clockwise! How about you all?

• When I grow up, I want to be as cool as her.
• And we all need a preschooler to take us down a notch or two now and again.
• Oh, and FYI? I wouldn’t call Courtney if you ever need help moving.
